About Us

Warner Farm is one of the oldest and longest running family farms in New England! Ten generations of Warners have farmed here in Sunderland since the 1720's. Father and son Mike and David Wissemann continue that legacy by growing a wide range of crops on 150 acres of fertile river valley soil, offering CSA shares and wholesale produce throughout Massachusetts.

As a 10th generation family farm, we understand the importance of growing practices that nourish the soil and that promote the health and biodiversity of the land we farm and the surrounding area. We have been feeding our community the freshest, healthiest, and purest produce for over 250 years, and we have protected that legacy by preserving 70 acres through the Massachusetts Agricutural Preservation Restriction Program.

Learn more about our farming philosophy.

Our CSA members experience the full bounty of our farm, sampling over 40 different fruits and vegetables throughout the season. Our farm stand is always stocked with freshly picked sweet corn and the sweetest juciest strawberries in the whole Pioneer Valley.

See our CSA crop schedule for a detailed list of our crops. You can eat delicious Warner Farm produce from June through October by joining our CSA! You can also find our produce at our farmstand on Old Amherst Road, at local markets and stores, and at the Farmer's Markets in Winchester, Cambridge, and Amherst, MA.
