WARNER FARM 2010 CSA SIGNUP
Mail this form to us to sign up, or sign up online at www.warnerfarm.com/members (preferred). Shares are available for the full 20-week season, June 15th thru October 26th. The cost of a large share is $550, medium shares are $350, and small shares are $250. Those interested in medium and small shares are encouraged to join with someone they know and order a full share, it is more economical for you and easier logistically for us. Vegetable shares consist of, on average, 20 lbs. of veggies, with about 10 different crops each week. Medium shares are roughly 12 lbs. and 6 items, and small shares are about 8 lbs. and 4 items. Berry shares cost $100 for the season, and will include one berry item per week, i.e. one quart strawberries, or one pint blueberries, or one half-pint raspberries. Flower Shares cost $100 for 10 weeks of bouquets, from mid-July thru September. Payment can either be made in full, or with a $100 deposit with the balance due June 2. Payment made in full before March 15 is eligible for a 10% discount. Pro-rated shares are available after the season starts on June 15th, please email for more information. Shares are available for pickup either at the farm (day and time TBD) or on Tuesdays from 3:30 to 6:30pm in the parking lot in front of Whole Foods on the Winchester/Woburn line.
