Warner Farm is located in beautiful Franklin County. Wholesale orders are available for pickup at the Farm Office. Please visit our U-Pick Strawberry Page for directions to in-season strawberry picking.

To Farm Office Address at 23 South Main St. Sunderland

From Northampton and Points South:

  • Take Route 91 North to exit 24 (Sunderland and South Deerfield).
  • Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Routes 5&10 North.
  • Turn right at the first traffic light onto Route 116 South.
  • After two miles turn right at the second traffic light onto Route 47 (also known as Main Street). This turn comes shortly after crossing the Connecticut River.
  • The entrance to Warner Farm is approximately 500 yards on the right.

From Greenfield and Points North:

  • Take Route 91 South to exit 24 (Sunderland and South Deerfield).
  • Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Routes 5&10 North.
  • Turn right at the first traffic light onto Route 116 South.
  • After two miles turn right at the second traffic light onto Route 47 (also known as Main Street). This turn comes shortly after crossing the Connecticut River.

From Boston:

  • Take the Massachusetts Turnpike West to Route 91.
  • After the toll booth get on Route 91 North and follow the directions for “Northampton and points South”.

From Amherst:

  • Take Route 116 North to Route 47 (also known as Main Street).
  • Turn left onto Main Street.
  • The entrance to Farm is approximately 500 yards on the right.

To Farm Stand on Old Amherst Road

  • Follow directions past Farm Office.
  • Turn left onto Old Amherst Road.
  • The Farm Stand is approximately 1 mile on the right.
