We are a diversified small fruit and vegetable farm located in Sunderland, MA. We grow both certified organic and IPM crops and sell wholesale produce throughout the Pioneer Valley as well as operate a CSA and farmers markets in Eastern Massachusetts.

Wholesale Business Manager
Job Description: This position is responsible for overseeing the farm's wholesale accounts and pack house activities. Wholesale is one of the primary marketing outlets for the farm and this is a central position in the overall farm operation. This position would likely involve some basic tractor work and filling in with other assorted farm tasks as needed
Duties include: communicating with wholesale customers; establishing availability lists and distributing them to customers; compiling orders and creating invoices daily; coordinating harvests with crew leaders and other farm management; managing crop washing and packing in our main packing house and managing a packing house crew; maintaining and cleaning vegetable washing equipment and area; coordinating deliveries and pick-ups; basic tractor work such as harrowing, cultivating, field prep, etc.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills and an outgoing personality, good management skills, ability to lift up to 40lb
Preferred: Sales experience, previous farm and tractor driving experience, experience with Quickbooks.
This is a seasonal position running from April-October requiring up to 60 hours per week during the height of the season (June-August). Compensation is commensurate with experience. To apply, please email a cover letter and resume to email@example.com.
Job Description: This position is responsible for generating, coordinating, and promoting events and group visits during fall for Mike’s Maze. Example of events are Chilifest, Dog Walker’s weekend, birthday parties, school groups, etc.
Duties include: communicating with vendors for maze events; communicating with guests about private events; coordinating events on the day the event is happening and ensuring activities are running smoothly; solicit new business for rental of farm facilities; helping brainstorm new and exciting events; helping to create and distribute promotional material for maze events.
Requirements: Strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, good management skills
Preferred: Sales experience, previous farm experience
